Meet Jordan

Where it all began…

My grandmother was the queen of photographers.

The kind who never went anywhere without a camera slung around her neck, who saw stories in the smallest things. I spent entire afternoons flipping through her albums.

Snapshots of birthdays,
backyard dinners,
blurry dance floors,
stolen kisses.

Each photo was a memory, carefully tucked away in print.
Her way of keeping people close,

long after the moment passed.

A collage of vintage black-and-white photographs, including a girl holding a large fish outdoors, two people sitting at a table looking at a paper, and two posed photo booth images of two boys and a girl making funny faces.

that’s where it started for me

I didn’t realize it right away.

I was chasing other things for a while, but that tug toward memory-making never really let go. Somewhere along the way, I found myself with a camera in hand, drawn to the wild, messy, joy-filled moments of real life.

I love the chaos, the laughter, the way people forget there’s a lens around when they’re fully present.

I love community—how connection can live in a look, a gesture, a shared joke. I want to make space for all of it. And I want you to see yourself in the pictures, not just how you look,

but how it felt.

So here I am. Collecting memories.
Yours, mine, ours.

The Imperfect Moments…

is where my art thrives

Give me the big bites of food, the crumpled napkins,

the confetti-stuffed trash cans at the end of the night. I love the dance floors where shoes come off, ties end up as headbands, and someone’s cousin is absolutely owning their moment to shine.

There’s something about the way a wedding dress collects the day—grass stains, spilled champagne, a little frosting from the cake. It’s proof that something real happened.

That people lived fully,

loved loudly,

and didn’t hold back.

The hiccups—forgotten vows, broken heels, wind that won’t cooperate—those are magic, too. They become the stories you tell over and over again, laughing harder every time.

This is where I feel most inspired. In the beautiful, chaotic, unfiltered moments. The in-between stuff that doesn’t ask to be perfect

—just honest.

That’s the good stuff. That’s what I’m here for.

A black and white photo of a bride and groom outdoors, with the bride holding a bouquet of flowers, both smiling and dressed in wedding attire.
Two women, a bride in a white wedding dress and veil and another woman in a floral dress with a fan, smiling at an outdoor wedding reception. They are hugging with other guests in suits and dresses in the background under a white tent.
Bride in a white towel and veil eating a snack with a woman in a yellow dress holding up a towel in front of her.

My philosophy –

embrace the imperfect perspective

My Hope For You

My goal isn’t just to take pretty pictures. It’s to create something that lasts.

I want to make art. Honest, joy-filled, goosebump-giving magic. The kind of photographs you’ll frame and reframe, tuck into boxes, pull out on rainy days. I want them to grow with you. To mean something new when you’re older, or when life looks different, or when you just need to remember how it felt.

I hope you find a new favorite every time you look. And I hope these photos always bring you back to the laughter, the chaos, the quiet, the love. That’s the kind of art I want to make with you.

  • A group of groomsmen and a groom dressed in formal black suits, white shirts, and cowboy hats are gathered outdoors on a sunny day with green trees in the background. They are smiling and talking.

    01 – weddings & elopements

    Starting at $4200

The cake gets messy, your feet start to ache, someone cries during the toasts. That’s the good stuff. I’m there for all of it: the joy, the chaos, the in-between moments that make the day yours. Photos that feel like family.

  • A black and white photo of two people holding hands and standing outside the Franklin Theatre, talking and smiling at each other. There are cars parked on the street and a person walking past in the background.

    02 – Engagements & Couples

    Starting at $400

Whether we’re chasing golden hour, hanging in your living room, or posted up at your favorite local bar, these sessions are about connection. The glances, the laughs, the way you look at each other when no one’s trying too hard, that’s the stuff I’m after!

  • A woman and a man sitting on a couch holding a baby, smiling at the camera. The woman has long, wavy hair and is wearing a striped shirt. The man has a beard and is wearing a plain t-shirt. There are framed pictures hanging on the wall behind them.

    03 – families & motherhood

    Starting at $325

Parenthood doesn’t slow down for photos—and honestly, I’m glad it doesn’t. I’m not here for perfect smiles or stiff poses. I’m here for the snack breaks, the belly laughs, the messy, beautiful way your people are together. Whether it’s a loud afternoon with the whole crew or a quiet moment waiting for baby to arrive, these sessions are about holding on to the season you’re in—because it’s fleeting, and it matters. Cozy, honest, a little chaotic. Just the way life is.

  • Four young women at an outdoor tennis court, one sitting on the ground stretching, others sitting on a bench, with tennis balls nearby, during sunset.

    04 – branding & portraits

Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding invitation flat lay with brown high-heeled shoes, a wedding ring, photographs, handwritten letter, postcards, earrings, and a printed invitation on a white textured surface.
A red stamp with the Jordy Co logo and text reading 'JORDY CO PHOTO', 'Celebrating Your Story Since 2018'.
  • I never hold back a good photo! If it’s beautiful, you’re getting it. That said, I typically average around 100 images per hour. But don’t worry about the math; you’ll have plenty to relive every moment (and then some).

  • It depends! How’s the light? How’s the vibe? Honestly, it’s a terrible financial strategy but a really great artistic one. On a big, gorgeous day? I might shoot 30+ rolls. On a quieter one? Maybe 6 or 7. Film is precious, but I don’t ration the magic.

  • That’s completely up to you. I can be as involved or invisible as you need me to be. Your day isn’t about the photos—it’s about you. I’ll take a backseat where I can, step in with guidance when needed, and always make sure you feel supported.

  • Yes. I hate the trend of hating on trends.

There’s this pressure to have a “timeless” wedding—but honestly, what does that even mean? The best part of looking through your parents’ or grandparents’ wedding albums is how timed they are. Lean into it. Let your day reflect the now. That’s what makes it unforgettable.

  • I take a very intentional approach to editing—rushing isn’t my style.

For weddings: you’ll typically receive a preview gallery 2–3 weeks after your day (once the film comes back from the lab), and the final gallery within 6–9 weeks.

For hourly sessions: I don’t send previews, but you’ll get your full gallery within 3 weeks.

  • Yes, always. It’s a non-negotiable in all of my wedding packages. Film is a beautiful medium, but it’s also high-risk—and having a digital backup is essential. Plus, more eyes = more angles = more memories.
